Property Details

The Flats at Fox Creek is located at 37th St N and 119th, just one mile west of Maize Rd. The Flats features our Country, Urban A and Urban B Plans.

Parking will not be allowed on the private drives. The Country units have a two-car driveway for off-street parking. The Urban plans have a 2-car garage but no additional driveway parking, except a 6' easement.

Urban plan residents are permitted to use the 6' easement directly behind their garage for temporary parallel parking - intended for moving and temporary visitors; not for regular resident parking. Usage must not exceed 8 hours or more than twice per week; overnight parking in this area is not allowed.
